CONFIGURATION CHART
There are several options on how to integrate and turn-on your new Punch Powered Loaded enclosure when using with your audio system. This chart is available in the owner's manual that illustrate all possible options, with the most common three configurations pictured below:

AUDIO
This method turns-on the built-in amplifier by detecting audio signal detected on the AUDIO INPUT. The INPUT LEVEL is set to "LO" when using RCA inputs and set to "HI" when using speaker line inputs. The AUTO TURN ON is set to "AUDIO" that tells the circuit to "listen" for any audio signal.

DC OFFSET
This method turns-on the built-in amplifier by detecting "DC OFFSET" voltage (typically +/- 6V DC) on the AUDIO INPUT. Most factory (OEM) radios produce +/- 6 volts DC in addition to the AC audio signal. The INPUT LEVEL is set to "HI" when using speaker line inputs. The AUTO TURN ON is set to "DC OFFSET" that tells the circuit to "listen" for the +/- 6 volts DC signal on the factory radio's speaker wires.

REM
This method is the traditional method of turning-on the built-in amplifier when using an aftermarket radio. Most aftermarket radios have dedicated amplifier/antenna turn-on BLUE wire that produces +/- 12 volts DC. The INPUT LEVEL is set to "LO" when using RCA inputs. The AUTO TURN ON is set to "REM" that tells the power connector circuit to "listen" for the +/- 12 volts DC signal on the radio.
