When I try to update the 3Sixty.3 software, the update utility gives me an error. How can I fix this?
Description:
• 3Sixty.3 User Interface Hot Fix #02A - Application Fails at Lunch.
Symptoms:
• The update utility appears to hang while extracting the update files:
• The update utility will prompt the following error when the close button is pushed:
Versions Affected:
• Software User Interface version v1.0.4 through V1.1.1.
Cause:
• The old version of the automatic update dll may not be compatible with some Windows (XP, Vista, or Win7) machine configurations which causes the automatic update to hang.
Solution:
• Manually launch the update with the following steps:
1.) Browse to the 3Sixty directory which can be found in one of the following locations:
32-bit machines
"C:\Program Files\Rockford Corp\3Sixty"
64-bit machines
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockford Corp\3Sixty"
2.) Double click the “wyUpdate.exe” file to launch the manual update process and follow the on screen prompts:
