3Sixty.3 application fails at launch - product advisory

When I click the icon for the 3Sixty.3 software, the User Interface will not launch.  How can I fix this?

Description:
• 3Sixty.3 User Interface Hot Fix #01A - Application Fails at Lunch.

Symptoms:
• The application will not launch when the icon is clicked.
• A Windows error will display the following information:



Versions Affected:
• Software User Interface version 1.0.9 or greater

Cause:
• Some Windows (XP, Vista, or Win7) machines may not have all the necessary dependencies that the 3Sixty application requires to launch

Solution:
• In most cases the problem can be resolved by installing the Microsoft VC++ 2005 Redistributable Package before or after installation of RF3Sixty v1.0.9 or greater.
• The appropriate download (32-bit) or (64-bit) should be installed on the affected machine from one of the following links
