3Sixty.3 shipped with bad USB cable

My 3Sixty.3 interactive signal processor will not turn-on. We have found defective USB cables packaged with some 3Sixty.3 units, causing the processor to not turn-on.  We released the below product advisory to help troubleshooting your unit.
