How can I get a "factory authorized" extended warranty on my amplifier?

Get a free one-year extended warranty on select Rockford Fosgate Amplifiers when you buy the correctly matched Rockford Fosgate Amplifier Installation Kit.

How it works:
We want you to get the performance and reliability Rockford Fosgate amps are famous for. Using poor-quality under-spec wiring is a guaranteed way to get less than you paid for. We are so certain that getting your system wired to rock with the right wire and cables will make a difference, that we'll give you an additional (1) year warranty on your amp when used with the matching amp installation kit. One (1) warranty extension per amplifier regardless of the number of amplifier installation kits purchased. Please use the attachments below as your warranty submission and to see what Amplifiers Kits qualify for the extended warranty.

What to do Right Now:
Cut the UPC code off the amplifier installation kit package. Attach it to your amplifier Performance Verification Certificate. Print out the program details below. There is nothing to send in or register. If your amplifier requires service during the extended warranty period return it, along with the original amplifier PVC and kit UPC, to your authorized Rockford Fosgate dealer, or contact Rockford Fosgate customer service for assistance.

Rockford One-Year Amplifier Warranty Extension

Rockford Corporation offers a limited warranty on Rockford Fosgate products on the following terms:

Length of Warranty
• PRIME Amplifiers – 2 Years (1 Year Standard + 1 Year Extended Warranty)
• PUNCH Amplifiers – 2 Years (1 Year Standard + 1 Year Extended Warranty)
• POWER Amplifiers – 3 Years (2 Years Standard + 1 Year Extended Warranty)
• MARINE Amplifiers – 3 Years (2 Years Standard + 1 Year Extended Warranty)

What is Covered
This warranty applies only to Rockford Fosgate products sold to consumers by Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealers in the United States of America or its possessions. Product purchased by consumers from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer in another country are covered only by that country's Distributor and not by Rockford Corporation.

Who is Covered
This warranty covers only the original purchaser of Rockford product purchased from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer in the United States. In order to receive service, the purchaser must provide Rockford with a copy of the receipt stating the customer name, dealer name, product purchased and date of purchase. Products found to be defective during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced (with a product deemed to be equivalent) at Rockford's discretion.

What is Not Covered
1. Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper operations, water, theft
2. Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product
3. Service performed by anyone other than Rockford or an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Service Center
4. Any product which has had the serial number defaced, altered, or removed
5. Subsequent damage to other components
6. Any product purchased outside the U.S.
7. Any product not purchased from an Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer
8. Any product purchased and taken outside the U.S.

Limit on Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties including warranties of fitness for use and merchantability are limited in duration to the period of the express warranty set forth above. Some states do not allow limitations on the length of an implied warranty, so this limitation may not apply. No person is authorized to assume for Rockford Fosgate any other liability in connection with the sale of the product.

How to Obtain Service Under the Extended Warranty Program
The amplifier must be returned by the customer (you) or an authorized Rockford Fosgate retailer with a copy of the original receipt and the ORIGINAL Performance Verification Certificate with the serial number or UPC code from the amp installation kit. Contact your Authorized Rockford Fosgate Dealer or our Customer Support Specialists (1-800-669-9899) for assistance.
